PANZAROT – An Apulian Food Story

Following the great success of the first edition, PANZAROT – An Apulian Food Story returns to Copenhagen. This event is dedicated to the culinary and musical traditions of Puglia, Italy. At the heart of the celebration is the panzerotto, a symbol of conviviality and tradition, freshly prepared and served alongside a curated wine selection by VIAVINO.The event will take place both inside and outside the Kitchen Collective venue, in a festive atmosphere that blends the authentic flavors of Southern Italy with an engaging musical experience.
For this reason, we kindly request permission to play music outdoors (DJ set) and to serve alcoholic beverages, including wines and highball drinks.Day Program (line-up):
12:00 PM – Doors open: start of panzerotti and wine service with background DJ set
2:00 PM – Project presentation: introduction to Apulian traditions and product description
3:00 PM – Continuation of panzerotti and wine service with background DJ set
From 5:00 PM – Start of Highball Drinks service, accompanied by DJ set until end of event
Music: Digital DJ set featuring Mediterranean grooves, funk, and summery rhythms—designed to enhance the atmosphere in a harmonious and non-intrusive way.
