Indulge in our signature dish, Rijsttafel, a grand feast of Indonesian flavors!

Translating to "rice table" in Dutch, Rijsttafel is a culinary tradition that originated during the colonial era in Indonesia. This elaborate meal features a lavish spread of small dishes, each offering a unique taste, texture, and aroma.

MAIN COURSE

Consists of 10 small dishes served on a tray as a sharing menu for two people and side dish and condiments such as rice, sambal, chips, and pickles are served alongside the main course.

1. Rendang  Beef stewed in coconut milk 

2. Sate Ayam  Chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce 

3. Sate Kambing Goat skewers with spicy soya sauce 

4. Pepes Ikan  Steamed fish in banana leaf 

5. Gulai Udang Prawn yellow curry 

6. Telur Balado  Egg in Balado chilli relish and spicy potato & beef lever 

7. Iga Sapi kecap Grilled beef ribs in soya  

8. Kepiting Soka saos Padang Soft shell crab in Padang sauce 

9. Bebek Goreng Rempah Aromatic fried duck 

10. Urap  Steamed vegetables mixed with seasoned and spiced graded coconut for dressing.
