The beloved HOUSEWIFE ROAST brings our Roman-Sicilian sous chef Emiliano Trebbi to the forefront with ‘La Casalinga’.

On the 5-course menu:
supplì di zucca, carciofi alla giudia, minestrone, parmigiana and babà al rum.

As always, the menu is paired with remarkable natural wines from women producers. This dinner event presents our favorite Italian winemakers Monastero Suore Cistercensi, La Villana, and Bera.
