Kitchen Collective is offering the possibility to produce in a certified kitchen, where you only pay for the time used in the kitchen, meaning that expenses will proportionally follow your production. Kitchen Collective is a tool for gastronomic ideas to be tested, developed and produced on a smaller scale.

As a member, you will have access to our kitchen facilities at Aalborg University (AAU) in Sydhavnen, Frederikskaj 10D, 2450 KBH SV or Gourmetladen at Torslunde Bygade 1, Torslunde, 2635 Ishøj.
- Annual membership: DKK 1,500 ex VAT
- Hourly rate: DKK 150 ex VAT (Copenhagen)
- Full day: DKK 1,500 ex VAT (Copenhagen)

- Full day: DKK 2,000 ex VAT (Copenhagen)
Kitchen Collective’s mission is to support new food concepts in reaching the market, and therefore we offer different packages. Only available January to March.
The Startup Package: DKK 2,000 ex VAT
The startup package is for you, who are about to build a new food company. We offer you the kitchen for the half of the price in order to minimize your start-up costs and give your company a good start. You get 25 hours in the kitchen, which you can use, when you want (with valid membership), but you can only buy the package in January, February and March. It is only possible to buy this package once. This package cannot be bought by companies with a food concept already working on market terms.
The Development Package: DKK 3,000 ex VAT
The development package is for you, who already has a food business going and want to develop a new food idea for your food business. You get 30 hours in the kitchen, which you can use, when you want (with a valid membership), but you can only buy the package in January, February and March. You can buy one of these packages for the development of one new food idea.
The Production Package: DKK 6,500 ex VAT
The production package is for you who is up and running with your food business. You get 50 hours in the kitchen, which you can use, when you want (with a valid membership), but you can only buy the package in January, February and March.
